Real Pinball - Vampire app good for
Well done. I like the different camera angle options. I play with full view cause camera movement makes me dizzy. Nice to have that option.
Excellent graphics and ball-physics, together with challenging game-play, make this a must-have for pinball fans!
Some bad moments
I have ASK Homeworks Zaccharia pinball game and that is fantastic. But this table has choppy ball motion on my 4S. Unplayable. Buyer be warned.
Overall this is very good, but at times, a ball would get stuck on a ramp, thus making me restart the game. Also, there are times when the ball would literally go off the playing area and not return, only leaving me with sound. That also makes me restart. Playing on the 4g IPod Touch.
Pin ball games are great fun. And this one has outstanding features. Love it!!
This game rocks
There are fifteen thousand (or so) pinball game apps out there and a lot of those are all alike. This one is a step above, it sits in the ELITE class with very few others.
The slow motion and rewind are really different and cool, nicely done. I cant wait to put it on iPad. My fingers/thumbs didnt do so well on iPhone, not enough room, I kept covering too much screen. And it seemed like the flippers didnt respond a few times? Coulda been me??
Best of all such the description really did such a job explaining such as the higher points you get, such the higher you will be on the leader boards! Woah!
The art, music, and layout are all pretty enjoyable, but poor design and physics kill this promising title.
The ball itself feels like a ping-pong ball that has lost its reactivity. Playing the "simulation" mode helps to somewhat mitigate this, but it really just adds more gravity to the table. The "dead" nature of the ball nullifies basic actions like pin passing altogether. It bounces flaccidly off of bumpers, and can barely muster its way up a ramp. The collision physics of the ramps can actually stop the hardest of shots.
Multiball modes are all identical ramp-shots, and the standard missions all take place on the lower playfield. This would be a cool feature, but the mini-table is far too short, causing most on-target shots to instantly blast past the flippers. There is no audio or visual fanfare for starting or completing goals and modes, so the game feels as dead as its subject matter.
The first 4 balls went strait down the middle lost in 10 seconds. Way to dark cant see crap. Dont no how this is rated 4.5 stars (liars)
